Cool, John! The 6309 is on a tropic strap today... a reproduction by B&R Bands. The curved end original didn't quite fit. She looks great. Now you have the best of two worlds when it comes to those vintage divers! Definitely! I prefer it to the bracelet as well.

Aragon Divemaster 9100 - 45mm Snagged this one at a good price just after Wing restarted under the Aragon name. Couldn't pass by a 45mm with a Miyota 9100 inside. the 50mm are too big for me. If I were to change anything I'd ditch the 24-hour subdial. It cannot be independently set to a different time zone making it a useless appendage. Kermit would be proud of this one. That's a cool movement, and a cool watch! I like having a 24 hour dial. Then I don't have to spin it around to figure out if it's AM or PM when setting it. I've been having a bad side effects day. I slept until 4:00pm, got up to feed the cats, and went back to bed until 1:30am. Just fed the cats again. I'll probably go back to bed after I eat something. I've never had a problem with headaches before in my life, but once in a while I have a day like today when it feels like my head is in a vice. I really feel for people who have migraines or other headache issues. It sucks. Dan Henry 1970!

Nice Aragon, John, yesterday I was wearing my Steeldive Puck, still reasonably impressed by the lume on hands, markers ànd bezel!

Cancer sucks big - few talk much about treatment morbidity - short, mid and long-term. Hope this subsides quickly for you. Already making plans to take in another cat . . . probably next month. The younger brother (same dam, one litter later) has never been without another cat around and it shows. They weren't best of buddies but they got along OK with monitoring where the other had been and was doing. There were two cats plus a dog when he moved in.

They weren't best of buddies but they got along OK with monitoring where the other had been and was doing. There were two cats plus a dog when he moved in. It's definitely a factor with cancer treatment. Two years ago when I started this treatment, I was able to function pretty well, but by the end of last year I was unable to get to work enough to matter, so I ended up resigning. A big part of it is my arthritis, which may be getting worse because of chemo. I have no cartilage in my knees or shoulders, and spondylolisthesis in my lower back. And they say I have rheumatoid arthritis, too. If I had one wish, I'd probably choose to get rid of the arthritis and not the cancer. I'll take 6 months of being able to go for a walk over 6 years of hobbling around with a cane. Good Lord, I'm a pathetic mess. But it's better than dying. I hope your new kitty gets along with the old guy. My Laverne is doing pretty well. She's skeletal, but now that she gets as much food as she wants, she's pretty perky, and jumps up on my desk and bed and annoys me for more food. I don't know how her sister Shirley will do after she's gone, but I probably won't get any more pets. My goal is to outlive these two, so they don't end up old and ill and looking for a home. Of course that was over two years ago when I expected to be gone in 18 months. Now I have no idea what's going on. I just keep surviving!
