Morning all! When the girlfriend went to work last night at 1730, it was just starting to snow. Right now, 0630 it looks like we got about 12 inches. I guess winter didn't like how it was being treated here. Oh well, at least I don't have to shovel.  |

I started off with my "puck"
And then the Black Sea arrived... my 3rd(!) green dial watch! I can't get the color right in my photo programme, I don't get my shirt color right, it looks blue but it is green.

Working on stupid taxes. I use the same spreadsheets from one year to the next with different numbers. But the dollars are quite small in the scheme of things, and it feels like I am basically using the fancy spreadsheets to do accounting for a lemonade stand. I hope my tax service finds it amusing.  |

I find it funny that they put an ana-digi in a two tone case- like they were trying to get all the possibilities in one watch. Great result as well  |

That Citi is a great and unique piece- I was happy to avoid the $800- $1500 price tag on these when It came up in the contest. In the end, it cost me considerably less- the price of a replacement movement, a little labour on my part and paying for some of my watchmaker’s time. Both good looking pieces, Johan! Like the internal bezel on the Black Sea. |
