What are you sportin' for Hump Day? Oooh, nice Super Seawolf!
Ordered a cheapo air vent but it was really badly finished with extremely sharp edges. Tried to pull out a triangle on the side to clamp it to the sides of the tube, but it stuck in my finger and pulled out a piece of skin. I bled like a **** Anyway. The stupid thing also came damaged and I wanted to return it. They said they would refund me and I didn't have to return the thing. Well at least I didn't bled for nothing.
I went for easy today.

I was curious what powers the Super Sea Wolf, first guess was a Miyota but it is rather a Swatch Group STP3-13. The watch has some high end features, including a 44 hour run time and a jeweled mainspring barrel arbor. reference.grail-watch.com/movement/stp3-13/

What are you sportin' for Hump Day? Frosty Fresh Zodiac! Is the snow melting there? Or still below zero. I hate F°. Who the hell would make 32 the melting point of water, and 212 the boiling point? My sister taught grade school at one point, and had to teach the poor kids raised on Fahrenheit about celsius.
30 is hot 20 is nice 10 wear a jacket 0 is ice
Sorry. I spent way too much time converting imperial tooling drawings drawn by Americans into metric drawings so they could be used in an international system. I am proud to think we're stupid for hanging onto these antique units. Metric is super easy of you just drop the imperial thing. Converting is the pain in the ass.
OK, enough of my radical politics. Khaki King for me today.

OK, enough of my radical politics. Khaki King for me today. Melting? Hell no although it's presently a relatively balmy -16C at the moment To be honest, I kinda miss the 'ol measures especially when I'm driving. No issue with the metric system here either. Love that Hammy by the way!

Khaki King for me today. Amen to that Daniel!! If someone here says something about so and so Fahrenheit, I have no idea what that precisely is. I know now: "In the 70's" that is a nice balmy temperature, where you can breath and don't get to hot, sub F temperatures are shockingly low. My wife who emigrated in the 90's (years) and now lives longer in Europe than she did in the USA, didn't have much trouble, as she was a laboratory technologist used to work with Celcius temps all the time. Indeed, only the USA is still with Fahrenheit, inches, feet, miles, while if the country was much smaller it wouldn't be any issue. The English speaking countries who went over to metric length though, have a stupid hang to measure in millimeter, even when it is much more logic to use centimeter. Millimeter is only for small measurements, so don't say 100 and more mil. (Which my wife knows as milliliter!) but say 10 and more centimeters! (I heard it in Australia, N. Zealand and the UK, on TV)

I spent years designing small plastic parts, so I tend to think in millimeters.

The funny thing is that we're perfectly comfortable here with liters and milliliters for soft drink and liquor. But NOT for beer. Ha ha ha!
