This weekend is the last frost period that ends Sunday and than we go into the double Celsius numbers here, hurray, I got weary of getting the car windows frost free. Not feeling to well today, I am dressed in my sport clothes, but I think I'll skip...again. Only went 1x this week. But because of my tennis arm and the sore finger, didn't feel like going. Now I feel a strange head ache coming up behind my left jaw bone and back of the head... Anyway, enough to do inside today, so no problem. Wearing another quartz again (hi Chris!) and I noticed I haven't worn this for quite a while.

I took a fall on ice this morning at my first job of the day. My left knee is jacked-up. I was walking across a long driveway to service 3 printers. There was light snow overnight so the ice underneath was hidden. Right foot slipped out, left stayed in place. I fell straight down as my left knee and leg bent underneath me. Both my arms were loaded with gear. Left knee nearly felt like it broke for a few seconds. I was eventually helped up by the plant manager there and a worker. I was screaming in pain. When I was sure I could walk, I did continue in and do the job. But I reported what happened to my employer and went home after to put the knee on ice. It has swollen some, and the kneecap is scraped and scabbed-up now. But this is nowhere near as bad as the fall that I had last year that put me out of work for a couple of weeks and crippled me for weeks after. I'm just still wearing my Seiko solar that I always wear for work. All of it's scratched and dinged glory. Don't worry, I have another quartz yet for tomorrow. This is my first new photo in years of this watch (been wearing it daily for 10 years or so). I have my photo studio set up to be easily used sitting down with a mirrorless camera.

Hope you feel better, Johan. That's a cool toothy bezel, and it's shrouded, too. I'm wearing The Original Mako, and probably going to wear it for a while as I try different straps. Today is plain navy blue textured leather.

I hope it feels better quickly. There's too much ice everywhere. It would be nice if one time it would get cold and then snow, instead of getting cold in the middle of a rainstorm.

Hope you feel better soon. Cool grab and go diver. Went with the Steeldive FF today here. Cool design, they have a couple of other handsome models in 'different' cases, but they are going put to over € 500! A bit to much for a hommage for me... But they have now also made a cool Doxa hommage with an extra picture on the dial. I wish Seestern did such...
