I know I’ve already shown the watch off, but here’s a bit of an introduction… I bought the Timex online after reading up a bit on it. Even thought the specs were out of my usual preferences, I decided it might be worth a go at $30 CAD. When it arrived, I put in a new CR2032 cell and it was a success. Specs are: Model Number T49950 Dial window material type Mineral Case diameter 50 millimeters Case Thickness 17 millimeters Band width 22 millimeters Calendar Day-Date-Month Special features 3 time zones, 3 alarm, Chronograph, Timer, Event notifications, Hydration notifications, Shock resistant Alarm choices- vibration, light and sound or combo Water resistant depth 200 meters The nice thing about the watch setup is the ability to turn features on and off such as the button press beep and the hourly chime. On the more obscure side, you can also hide the chronograph, the countdown timer and the alarms. Really allows you to tailor it to your needs. So far I’m very happy with the watch but we’ll see if this continues to be the case.

Congrats, Marcel! That's a big'un, Marcel, but at least it's not steel. I like the design. It sort of like the higher end trekking watches.

Thanks, Dan. Seriously considering this bad boy I like it! It has a great combination of vintage and modern. The integrated strap is the stumbling point...
