Plastic with ceramic powder mixed in. Or ceramic powder with plastic holding it together. Whatever Swatch thinks sounds better in marketing.
It can be molded into crisp lines which I am sure you have noticed with your Moonswatches. Regular polymers will have more rounded edges when used on watches.

According to Swatch it's:
"A one-of-a-kind, composite material that stands out as one of the most innovative in the watchmaking industry. The unique blend combines two-thirds zirconium oxide ceramic powder, renowned in high-end watchmaking, with one-third biosourced material derived from castor oil, resulting in a material with unparalleled strength and softness."
Apparently, castor-oil based plastics are being touted as an environmentally friendly replacement for petroleum based ones. Very interesting.
