Nice ESQ Marcel! Not a brand I see much. The 1980's continue . . . ~1982 Hamilton MIL-W-6433A GG-W-113; non-radioactive dial and hands (no Tritium); 17j ETA 2750 hacking handwind. This one took the brunt of operational use for fifteen years as it can hack (the 7j Durowe does not). Went through pure Hell more than once. Should have it overhauled which I'll probably do in the next year or so. It's not running erratically, but it is overdue considering what it's been through.

Nice ESQ . . . don't see the brand much Thanks . . . at one time the lume would last all night - and it didn't suffer Tritium half-life, still glowing nicely after 20+ years, which is why I found a non-Tritium to use. Age has caught up with it. Not so bright as it once was, especially the hands.

It is unfortunate about the lume, but at least it hasn’t cracked or flaked.

Starting out with the ESQ Sportsman in black this morning... have a great day, everyone! Very toothy dial, Marcel. I'm wearing the new Islander, of course. The dial does some weird things in direct sunlight!
