Literally just me, my brother-in-law, and a caretaker (whose at another house a couple miles away) in an area about 3x4 miles (actual, not leased is 7500 acres). Only thing that would make it better i if Elizabeth was out here too.

Ahh, nearly as ideal of a photo as holding a beer on a sandy beach. But I sense chores waiting for you after that

Michael, if you happen to like rodeos you guys are in for a treat. North of you is Eureka which hosts "The Bull Thing" which is a PBR sanctioned event with the focus strictly on bull riding. It is a riot and a super good deal. Unfortunately, the event is postponed until 2021 but once you and the Missus get settled, you may wish to plan on a visit perhaps enroute to Waterton Lakes or Banff, AB. Eureka is very cool town with all walks of life calling it home. For what it's worth, it's also home to a very enthusiastic quilting community. This is one place that I really miss since the border has been closed.

Quite late to the thread, sorry for that. Still wanted to wish you well after your moving/relocation!
Am sometimes kind of jealous of the open spaces in the US and Canada and have to remind me, that I as man getting older have the benefits of groceries and drugstores in short walking distance and such. Still want to visit the family in Illinois and Indiana, as haven't seen them in years...

Congrats! Looks great! Enjoy it there. Just an update. New house is being built as I write. Wife and children will be out soon (am flying back out to NY so that I can drive back with them). Hopefully will be settled in Montana before the show of an election happens. Really enjoying Dillon. TWO grocery stores Johan (both with very good selection of craft beer)!

Is that all garage/shop in that section I see? Or is it mixed with some living space? Not many garages have a window bay.
