Today I had to think: Once I was only craving bronze watches, now I own already 3! Wow! So second day in a row, this time my first bronze watch. This American one was actually cheaper including VAT and handling costs from the mailman, then my Chinese Chrono with all the discounts I had!

My refreshed TST arrived yesterday afternoon, so it's a no-brainer for the wrist today...

Nice red dial Johan! Invicta Reserve Pro Diver Chronograph - ETA 7750 My only Invicta - it was the price and the ETA 7750 inside. Not impressed with the build quality for what's supposed to be their flagship "Reserve" line. Edges against the wrist are too sharp. I had to slightly chamfer and radius them, especially on the bracelet. Screw links are great, but the screws and threads on this one are poorly made. Lume wasn't particularly impressive. Orient, Seiiko, and Wing (Android/Aragon) do a better job. No big deal breakers or I'd have sent it back, but there's much that could have been done better. That said, unlike many "desk diver" chronos, the pushers have real screwdown collars on them, versus the faux collars found on nearly all chronos (that have collars around the pushers). Lume isn't impressive. Seiko, Orient, and Wing (Android and Aragon) do much better than this . . .

Still a nice design, apart from the finish. my Invicta doesn't come with sharp edges and all is well made. Maybe a different factory in China? I'm glad even the buckle is in the same good bronze mixture. Lume on my Invicta isn't impressive either, the somewhat higher priced Chinese watches have much better Swiss lume material, at least that what they advertise with. And that's close to Seiko class. There is only one that comes first place with Seiko and that's my Germasian Army Watch Germany (and all it's brothers and sisters from the same factory with so many other names).
